GCF (Google Chrome Frame), is a plug-in provided by chrome. It's main aim is to work out the html5 features like as <video>, <audio>, <canvas>, etc., It wants to build a bridge between html5 and IE lower versions (6,7,8). So far it's available in Beta Version.

This video tag is a special feature available in html5. In html5 we need not to provide anchor tag to display a video in our web page.
